An affordable way to be exclusive. Choose 1 or 2 times a week with me delivering a bespoke training plan for you. Exercises that work, with correct technique and motivation and accountability. On top of this, a nutritional analysis to get your food on track – usually where most people struggle. Recipes and meal plans plus access to my online class studio for extra workouts.

4 week online group training starting January
A starting point to improve your core and back strength. A low impact way to strengthen and tone and improve mobility. All you need is a mat. This class will run for 4 weeks starting January 12th, every Thursday at 5pm Bahrain / 2pm UK and is also recorded so you can catch up or repeat when it’s convenient.
Resistance training is key for women to shape and tone, build lean muscle and burn fat. This program starts January and will run live virtually every Sunday and Tuesday 7pm Bahrain / 4pm UK and is recorded for you as well so you don’t miss a class.
All you need is 1 or 2 pairs of dumb bells (maybe 2kg and 4kg for beginners, 3kg and 5/6kg for more advanced). Also a kettlebell 4kg beginners or 6-8kg for more advanced. Dumb bells can also be used instead of a kettlebell.
Combining the Lift Lean and Fitness Pilates programs together, this is an all round plan to shape and tone from the inside out. Sunday and Tuesday 7pm Bahrain / 4pm UK Lift Lean sessions using dumb bells or kettles bells. Thursday 5pm Bahrain / 2pm UK Fitness Pilates to strengthen core and back.
