I’m a busy ex-office worker and health enthusiast with a life long passion for exercise.  I moved from a full time corporate position to making my hobby my career and I have not looked back.  I believe in an all round approach – strength training, cardio and flexibility to build and maintain the best body we can.

As I have grown over the years I’ve also studied nutrition and understand how important mindset and other life factors such as stress and sleep have a huge impact on our bodies and well being.  Even small changes in a hectic life can have a big impact on how we feel and function daily.

I enjoy motivating and challenging people within their abilities – remember great things happen outside of your comfort zone.  It is also important to enjoy the training that you are doing as there is more likelihood of maintaining a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

Group exercise is a real passion of mine as I love moving and working with music. I also enjoy the personal aspect of one to one training and seeing clients change and grow.  So whatever time you have and whatever equipment you have, I can provide an effective, fun and challenging workout and guide you towards your healthier lifestyle.
