Classes

If youre looking for motivation to move in the comfort of your own home, online group classes are ideal for you.  Some classes are also offered live within Bahrain.

All our sessions are currently delivered through Zoom for safety and convenience. We maintain private groups for motivation & support. Zoom links are sent via phone or email, and if you miss a class or cannot attend for whatever reason a recording of the session will be sent to you.

Duration: 45-60 min

BODYPUMP / TOTAL STRENGTH

A weight based workout to get you lean, toned and fit. Using light weights and lots of reps to build strength put together with motivating music, you will complete about 1000 reps in a class. Barbell or dumb bells required and an optional bench and mat.

BODYATTACK

a high energy sports inspired cardio workout to develop fitness. It combines athletic moves such as running, lunging, and jumping with strength exercises such as push ups and squats.  Can cater to total beginners as well as fitness addicts.  No equipment needed only a mat for some floor-based moves.

A full body cardio workout using a bench to really tone your butt and thighs and burn calories. It’s fun and motivating with options for beginners and regular steppers.  A bench will be required and light weights for some conditioning work.

HIIT & CORE

A high intensity interval training class (HIIT) that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed and maximizes calorie burn.  The workout uses a variety of bodyweight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity to get results fast.  Followed by mat based core exercises to strengthen from the inside out.

YOGAFLOW

Improve the flexibility and mobility of your joints and stretch out your muscles at the same time as building strength.  This is a slower paced class ideal for all levels to improve body and mood and re-energise.  Mat optional for comfort.

This is a faster paced class designed for exercisers who need more stretching in their weekly routine.  This class will stretch out muscles all while improving the range of motion in joints and building strength through the whole body. A mat is required for this class.

A combination of strength and cardio moves to shape and tone the body and improve fitness.  Different training principles are used to maximise results. Dumb bells or barbell will be needed.
