Classes

If you’re looking for motivation to move with the convenience of being in your own home, online group classes are ideal for you.  Plenty of options with types of classes, live virtual choices plus they are recorded in case you miss it so that you can catch up at a suitable time for you.  All without the hassle of having to drive around!  On top of that, you can also sign up as a member to my pre recorded class library.  Regularly updated each week with additional classes, lots of choice depending on your mood.  Just choose, click and go!

All our sessions are currently delivered through Zoom for safety and convenience. We maintain private groups for motivation & support. Zoom links are sent via phone or email, and if you miss a class or cannot attend for whatever reason a recording of the session will be sent to you.

LIFT LEAN

A weight based workout to get you lean, toned and fit. Using light to moderate weights with lots of reps, it will build strength, burn fat and shape you up. Barbell or dumb bells required and ideally with a smaller and heavier pair to add more or less resistance as required.

FITNESS PILATES

A class using the original teachings, principles and exercises of Joseph Pilates.  It improves back and core strength, improves balance and strength and enhances mobility and flexibility.  It is an inclusive program designed to strengthen weaker areas of the body and improve postural imbalances.  It is suitable for all levels of fitness for a general healthy adult.  This is not a rehab class or suitable for individuals with diagnosed muscular-skeletal issues that require one to one clinical care.  Will require a mat and optional block, band, pilates ball or towel.

HIIT / LIIT

High intensity interval training / low intensity interval training.  A class deigned to get the heart rate up, burn calories and tone muscles.  Can be high impact or low impact as options for every move and jump. Us sally done with just bodyweight but sometimes weights will be used.

CORE

The workout uses a variety of bodyweight exercises, weights and bands to work the whole core – abs, back, glutes and obliques.  Standing and floor based exercises suitable for all levels.

YOGAFLOW

Improve the flexibility and mobility of your joints and stretch out your muscles at the same time as building strength.  Suitable for all levels to improve body, mood and re-energise.  Mat is optional for comfort as well as block and strap or towel.

A combination of strength and cardio moves to shape and tone the body and improve fitness.  Different training principles are used to maximise results. Dumb bells or barbell will be needed.
