4 week beginner Fitness Pilates – live virtual

A basic entry level to Fitness Pilates starting January 10th.  Over 4 weeks you will:

  • Improve posture
  • Increase muscle tone and strength
  • Strengthen core and back
  • Reduce lower back pain
  • Gain better balance and co-ordination
  • Improve mobility and flexibility
  • Relieve stiff and achy joints
  • Promote wellbeing and stress relief


Fitness Pilates uses the original teachings, principles and exercises of Joseph Pilates and is an inclusive class suitable for all levels of fitness and the general healthy adult population.  This is not a rehab class and is unsuitable for individuals with diagnosed muscular-skeletal issues that require one to one clinical care.

I am also providing a 14 day meal plan to help give you healthy recipe ideas, mainly designed for women in perimenopause or menopause.

The classes run 5 pm Bahrain / 2pm UK every Tuesday and Thursday live virtual through zoom.  It runs over 4 weeks so you will receive 8 classes in total.  All different.  Classes are also recorded if you cannot make it and can be done at your own convenience.

The class is done with bodyweight with lots of options given.  A mat will enhance comfort and you may also wish to have a small towel handy to support head and use for stretching.  If you have a band / strap / block available you may wish to use those also.
