4 weeks to shape & tone – Lift Lean

Lift and lean using dumb bells and kettlebells.  All you need are some weights for this class to shape and tone and build lean muscle and burn fat.  Perfect for every women and all levels.

Starting January 8th, runs every Sunday and Tuesday 7pm Bahrain / 4pm UK.  Classes are also recorded to repeat or catch up on.

Includes a 14 day meal plan.
