Are you a woman struggling to get on top of menopause symptoms?

Menopause symptoms are many and can vary from woman to woman.  Some of the common ones are:

  • Finding you are storing weight around your midsection that seems stubborn to shift
  • Hot flashes, poor sleep
  • Mood swings, more irritable
  • Thinning hair
  • Stiff joints
  • Low energy and labido

So many more!  You are not alone and there are many things you can do to help yourself feel better.

What you did in your 20s or 30s does not seem to work anymore to shift weight and fat.  Well hormones are playing havoc and your body is not the same, so nutrition and exercise probably also needs to adapt.

If you are ready to reduce a lot of the symptoms, to understand what to eat and the best type of exercise to do that will have an effect on your body, then join my 4 week MenoFit course. 

 

Over the 4 weeks, there will be nuggets of information delivered each week in bite size chunks you can understand.  There will be workouts 20-30 minutes long to get you moving and motivated and all run through a private Facebook group and WhatsApp group for the daily push and accountability.

The workouts can be done at a time suitable for you – at home or take me to the gym! They can be added to your current exercise regime if you are used to exercising or as a place to start to get moving if you are new.

The workouts will be strength focused and pilates.  If you are doing them at home, have a couple of sets of dumb bells – a smaller pair (2 or 3 kg) and a larger pair (4 or 5 kg).  Plus a mat for comfort for floor work.
