For women 35-55 years old who are peri menopausal or going through the menopause and struggling to lose weight. This plan will give you guidance and support on nutrition, help create healthy habits, help you understand hormones and how to sleep better, plus 5 x 30 min workouts a week. Suitable for all levels of fitness as exercise variations will be given.
Classes will be live or pre-recorded and will be saved in the private Facebook group for you to do at your own convenience. There will also be weekly videos, Q&As and check ins to help empower you and keep you on track. Equipment needed – a mat and some weights/dumb bells. My suggestion would be two pairs a smaller pair such as 2 or 3 kg and a bigger pair either 4 or 5 kg.
Starting Monday 15th November, start to take back control in life and re-charge yourself.
