Kickstart your 2023 fitness goals with our online group classes program 4 weeks of project fitness .  If you are looking to:

A mix of class styles to promote all round fitness.  Cardio, hiit, bootcamp, lift and lean, Fitness Pilates, core, yoga.  All delivered live through zoom.  3 live virtual classes plus extra pre recorded ones to keep you going throughout the week.  All are recorded so can be done at your convenience if you miss a class.  Plus bags of motivation in our private WhatsApp group.  There will also be guide on nutrition and top tips to get you feeling your fittest and healthiest yet.

All you will need are some weights (dumb bells or barbell, a mat and your laptop or mobile to join the class.

Starting January 8th – 3 live virtual classes per week combining the Lift Lean and Fitness Pilates, cardio and hiit, bootcamp and yoga.

Sunday, Tuesday and Thursdays and maybe a masterclass on Saturdays.  The weekly class timetable is sent at the start of the week.

Classes are also recorded to repeat or to catch up.

Includes a 14 day meal plan and tips on nutrition and other healthy habits to get your health and fitness back on track.
